What is included on Free?
Free covers one live property: house manual editor, guest feedback, and a shareable guest link. You can add more properties in draft, but only one Free property can send live guest links at a time.
When do I need to upgrade?
Choose Core ($15/mo per property) for guest upsells (up to 3 active) and Advisor Insights. Choose Premium ($39/mo per property) for the AI Concierge, unlimited upsells, and higher AI limits. See full pricing
Can I try Premium before paying?
Yes. When you upgrade a property to Premium, you can start with a 2-month trial on that property before billing begins. Signup trial is limited to one property per account. Pricing details
What does the AI Concierge do?
On Premium, guests can ask questions in plain language. The concierge uses your guidebook first, then web search when needed, for things like hours, weather, or directions. It is included on Premium, not on Free or Core.
Does this work with Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com?
Yes. Paste your Haazen guest link anywhere you message guests. It works with any booking platform or direct bookings.
How long does setup take?
Most hosts publish a first guest link in under 30 minutes. Add your property once, tune your house manual and recommendations, then share the link in your booking message.
Can guests request extras like late checkout?
Yes, on Core and Premium. You choose which upsells to offer. Guests request from the same link. Core includes up to 3 active upsells; Premium includes unlimited.
